Please note:
- There is a cost for paying installments. An additional $51 will be added to your registration fee ($17 per payment).
- No Meal Pass is included.
- Your first payment will be charged when you submit you registration. Subsequent payments will be charged on the 15th of each month. All payments must be completed no later than June 30, 2009.

Registration Policies
Cancellation
Cancellations made between August 8, 2008 and June 30, 2009 will be entitled to a refund equal to the amount paid less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after June 30, 2009.
New Transfer Policy
Conference registrations for the 2009 Global Conference are non-transferable.
*Airfare, Airport Transfer, Hotel Accommodations, Youth Programs, and Dinners are not included unless explicitly specified.
